Coaching Framework & Technical Oversight
As we move forward, we want to reiterate how teams are structured at Phoenix. All teams operate within a shared club philosophy and technical framework.
For the 2026 season, every team across all age groups will have a member of the Phoenix Technical Staff acting as a technical lead. This role ensures: - Alignment across teams
and age groups - Consistency in training methodology and playing philosophy - Programs delivered in accordance with the Phoenix model.
This is one of the key structural improvements we have implemented after listening closely
to parent feedback, and it reflects our commitment to providing a clear, consistent, and
development-focused environment for all players.
Player Monitoring & Development Feedback
A key component of the Phoenix One Season Program is consistent feedback and communication around player development.
Strength & Conditioning Monitoring
o All players will receive individual ongoing monitoring and progress reports from the Strength & Conditioning provider, tracking physical development, movement quality, and athletic progression over time.
Soccer Development Reports
o Each player will receive quarterly development reports from the coaching staff, outlining technical, tactical, physical, and personal development progress within the Phoenix framework.
